Aldro

At Aldro “Bringing out the best in boys” is our forte.  How many other schools offer a lake with an island equipped with its very own Tree House which can only be reached by rowing boat or an Indiana Jones style rope bridge?

We offer an outstanding education which combines academic excellence with a breadth of opportunities outside the classroom, specifically designed to enable boys to flourish. Our scholarship boards speak for themselves - boys go onto all the top senior schools.

We are often told that Aldro boys are easily recognised at their senior schools by their maturity and self-confidence and we regularly hear great reports of their success in academic life, sport, music, art and drama. A large number of our boys go on to achieve significant positions of responsibility for example Head of School/House.

As a prep school, our job is to prepare our boys for the next stage, so this positive feedback tells us that we must be getting things right.
